In March 2007 WRRK's HD2 was born. Its known as Bob's B-Sides which is a "play" on the "we play anything" format except these are the songs that would be the B-Side of the Hits played on BobFM 96.9, for the older listener they know that on a 45rpm record you had the Hit song (A-Side) and on the other side was the "other song" usually not a hit, known as the B-Sides, of course on a few occasions, the B-side became the more popular song. This was usually because a DJ preferred the B-side to its A-side and played it instead. Examples include "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor (originally the B-side of "Substitute"), "I'll Be Around" by The Spinners (originally the B-side of "How Could I Let You Get Away"), "Maggie May" by Rod Stewart (originally the B-side of "Reason To Believe"), and "Tequila" by the Champs (originally the B-side of "Train to Nowhere"). More rarely, both sides of the single would become hits, such as Queen's "We Are the Champions" and "We Will Rock You". The reason probably being that radio stations played them together in a double A-side fashion, which was appropriate since the single itself was a double A-side, contrary to what people think (We Are the Champions being the A-side and being such on its own)
